You can find her developing educational technology as a Senior Software Engineer at Newsela, teaching web development and contributing to open-source projects. She was selected by GitHub to be an inaugural GitHub Star based on her involvement in the tech community.

Attendees will gain a better understanding of the fundamental concepts necessary to get started with p5.js, a JavaScript library for creative coding to produce art with JavaScript, and learn how to integrate p5.js with React and feel empowered to further explore their own creative coding experiments.
